1. Membership Scope
A ToolBox Lite membership may provide enhanced access to supported app features, refined tool experiences, priority feature availability, expanded local utility capacity, or other premium functions shown in the app or on Google Play.
2. Relationship to App Features
Membership features may relate to Pomodoro Focus, Break, and Custom modes, notes, calculator, converter, media display, file tools, calendar workflows, flashlight convenience, recent-use management, or category-based utility access. Availability may vary by app version, device, region, and store rules.
3. Billing and Renewal
Membership purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be processed by Google Play. Pricing, trial availability, renewal timing, taxes, and refund eligibility are displayed by Google Play before purchase and are subject to Google Play policies.
4. Cancellation
You may manage or cancel a membership through Google Play. Cancellation may stop future renewal, but access may continue until the end of the current paid period unless Google Play states otherwise.
5. No Transfer
Membership access is personal and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, shared commercially, or used for unauthorized distribution of ToolBox Lite functionality.
6. Local-First Data
ToolBox Lite collects only User ID information. Premium status may be associated with that User ID for app operation. Tool information such as notes, timer details, converter entries, calculator entries, media display state, and file-tool state remains stored locally on the phone and is not collected by ToolBox Lite.
7. Changes to Membership
We may adjust membership features, pricing presentation, supported tools, or premium access rules when needed for product improvement, security, legal compliance, or Google Play requirements. Material changes will be reflected in the app or store listing when required.
